1. Acceptance of Terms
Section titled “1. Acceptance of Terms”By downloading, installing, or using SiteCat mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Section titled “2. Description of Service”SiteCat is a mobile application that provides:
- Website uptime monitoring
- Broken link detection
- Multi-site management
- Cloud data synchronization
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
3. User Account
Section titled “3. User Account”3.1 Account Creation
Section titled “3.1 Account Creation”- You must create an account using Google Sign-In
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years of age
3.2 Account Responsibility
Section titled “3.2 Account Responsibility”- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Acceptable Use

Section titled “4.1 Permitted Use”You may use SiteCat to:
- Monitor websites you own or have permission to monitor
- Detect broken links on authorized websites
- Manage monitoring configurations
4.2 Prohibited Use
Section titled “4.2 Prohibited Use”You must NOT:
- Monitor websites without authorization
- Attempt to overload or attack monitored websites
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App
- Share your account with others
- Use automated tools to access the App
- Collect data from other users
5. Service Limitations
Section titled “5. Service Limitations”5.1 Free Tier
Section titled “5.1 Free Tier”The free version includes:
- Manual monitoring only
- Basic link checking
- Standard data retention (30 days)
5.2 Service Availability
Section titled “5.2 Service Availability”- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee continuous availability
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
- We may modify or discontinue features with notice
6. Data and Privacy
Section titled “6. Data and Privacy”6.1 Your Data
Section titled “6.1 Your Data”- You retain ownership of your monitoring data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of monitored URLs
- You can export or delete your data at any time
6.2 Privacy
Section titled “6.2 Privacy”- Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- Data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform
7. Intellectual Property
Section titled “7. Intellectual Property”7.1 Our Rights
Section titled “7.1 Our Rights”- SiteCat name, logo, and app design are our property
- All app code and functionality are protected by copyright
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App
7.2 Your Rights
Section titled “7.2 Your Rights”- You retain ownership of your monitoring configurations and results
- You may use monitoring data for your business purposes
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “8. Disclaimer of Warranties”THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING:
- Accuracy of monitoring results
- Reliability of link detection
- Compatibility with all devices
- Fitness for a particular purpose
9. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “9. Limitation of Liability”TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for website downtime or broken links discovered by the App
10. Indemnification
Section titled “10. Indemnification”You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Monitoring of unauthorized websites
11. Modifications

Section titled “11.1 Terms Changes”- We may modify these Terms at any time
- We will notify you of material changes
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
11.2 Service Changes

- We may change pricing for future premium features
- We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes
12. Termination

Section titled “12.1 By You”- You may delete your account at any time
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
12.2 By Us
Section titled “12.2 By Us”We may terminate or suspend your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Required by law
- We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)
13. Governing Law
Section titled “13. Governing Law”These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
14. Severability
Section titled “14. Severability”If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
15. Entire Agreement
Section titled “15. Entire Agreement”These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

17. Premium Features (Future)

- You may cancel subscriptions at any time
- Refunds will be subject to our refund policy
- Premium features may include:
- Automatic monitoring
- Push notifications
- Advanced reporting
- Priority support
